Tessa Thompson wants to play female Batman

Tessa Thompson would love to become a female Batman and make a fan’s dream come true by starring alongside Taylor Kitsch in a ‘Santa Clause’ style movie.

Tessa Thompson wants to play a female Batman in a story similar to ‘The Santa Clause’.

The 34-year-old actress played the cape-wearing Valkyrie in Marvel’s ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ and now fancies herself taking on DC Comics’ caped crusader after one of her Twitter followers suggested a plotline around the festive movie ‘The Santa Clause’ featuring the superhero.

Tessa Thompson wants to help bring a fan’s female Batman movie to life!

The actress noticed a tweet about the idea, in which she would take on the role of Batman after he accidentally dies.

And she would be up for ‘Wolverine’ star Taylor Kitsch resurrecting second Robin, Jason Todd in the fan’s fantasy.

My boyfriend made the mistake of asking me what my perfect batman movie would be and the real question is why aren’t i already writing batman movies,” Nedd wrote on Twitter, followed by a screenshot of the epic text message to her boyfriend.

When a fan was asked who her perfect Batman would be, they shared on the microblogging site: “Oh my perfect Batman movie is The Santa Clause with the batsuit where a young black woman, maybe played by Tessa Thompson, accidentally Batman and receives a message to put on the suit.Don’t take that as some sort of a green light for a brand new Batman project, however. Thompson clarified that she mostly just wants to work with Brown.

Vaughn and Staples launched Saga in 2012. The story is an epic “space opera” focusing on Marko and Alana, a husband and wife from opposite sides of a bloody war, who conceive a child together. The very existence of the child is a threat to the status quo and the couples is hunted across the galaxy by operatives from both sides of the conflict.

Marko is a pacifist, but Alana is a hard-drinking former soldier who has never forgotten her impressive combat skills — that’s a pretty close match to the version of Valkyrie Thompson played in Thor: Ragnarok.

“After a night of crimefighting ends up back at the batcave where Alfred is the Bernard elf character bullies her into taking on the mantle because those are the rules.

Even though Vaughn made Saga to be “unfilmable,” has never ruled out the idea of a  live-action adaptation, stating that he would explore the idea if “the right offer” was made.

“The villain is Jason Todd who wanted the suit for himself which is why he faked his death, because a robin is stuck in his own suit/death cycle and can never take the cowl.

“Tessa Thompson vs Taylor Kitsch as Jason.
