Q1. What filters are available?
A. We provide filters (filtered information) in every Exclusive
and no Exclusive leads. Our filters contain State, Loan Type,
Property Type, Credit, Loan Amount and Interest Rate.
Q2. How do I set up an order and start
getting leads?
A. Just give us a call or send email, we will start processing
in a little time.
Q3. I set up my order, when do I get
leads?
A. We take two-business day to deliver your required leads.
For example, if you require receiving leads on a Monday, then
the order should be placed on the previous Friday, in order
to receive hot leads.
Q4. I only work in certain area’s
can I choose zip codes and cities?
A. Yes, you can choose according to zip code or cities. Depending
on what kind of lead you want, Exclusive, Non Exclusive or Hot
Transfers, your lead will be sent to you when you require it.
Q5. How many times I can sell Leads?
A. The Non Exclusive Leads are sold to only two different clients.
They are sold to them as soon as they are generated. Our Exclusive
Leads and Hot Transfers can be sold once.
Q6. How are the leads delivered?
A. The leads are delivered through email. It is fast and convenient.
Q7. Can I limit the number of leads I
get per day?
A. Yes, as per your requirement or preference you can limit
receiving the number of leads.
Q8. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We accept all major credit cards and checks.
Q9. What is the lead return policy?
A. It depends on the category of leads you have bought.
Q10. How long does it take to credit
the return leads?
A. We follow a prompt return policy so in a minimum of time
you will be able to get your amount.

Q12. How are the Leads qualified?
A. We require the consumer to complete a detailed questionnaire
about the specific product type (Typically 25 items). For the
consumer to spend the time to divulge personal information indicates
that they have serious interest in speaking with you.
